NC PMI Annual Education Scholarship Program

Your Chapter on an annual basis will offer a $2,500 scholarship for local residents interested in pursuing furhter education in project management at accredited academic institutions. Applicants must apply through the PMI Educational Foundation (PMI EF). This scholarship was initiated in 2009.

PMI EF is the philanthropic arm of the Project Management Institute that is dedicated to improving society through project management knowledge and skills globally. PMI EF was established in 1990 and its vision is to champion project management and skills for educational and social good. Funds donated by NC PMI establish NC PMI as an Ambassador of the foundation. There are a total of seven PMI Chapters in the world that have contributed between $50,000 and $99,000 to PMI EF, thereby qualifying them as Ambassadors.
