PMI Global sends out their annual member satisfaction survey in the beginning of the year. This survey is holistic and gauges member satisfaction with the various aspects of PMI and Chapter services. The Chapter uses this information to learn about what is of value to our members and to address any opportunities for improvement. In 2016, we had a response rate of 13%. This year, we hope you will help us up the ante. Member feedback is crucial to our success.
