Our mission is: To create a sustainable NCPMI member peer group focused on increasing quality and innovation in the healthcare industry through the sharing of knowledge, tools, skills, and activities of applied project and program management standards.
The benefits to the Healthcare CoP members will be:
- Connections to other NC based project managers and program managers who specialize in healthcare, health insurance, and other healthcare related fields
- Access to presentations and topics focused on healthcare issues of today’s business world and their impact on project and program managers in the healthcare field
- Resource sharing of templates, sample tools, and sample reports for healthcare projects from those in the project and program management fields
- Opportunities for feedback, suggestions and guidance from healthcare project management professionals
Meeting Frequency: Our committee holds 4-5 meetings a year, typically on the 1st Wednesday, of the month but exact day can vary. Please see the events calendar for exact date and time.
