Project managers are constantly faced with team dilemmas. These dilemmas can lead to drama and productivity loss. This interactive workshop will present sample dilemmas and challenging situations for teams to discuss and solve.

About the Speaker:
Sharon Anita Hill, DTM, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is a professional speaker. In 2004, she founded Sharon Hill International where she trains corporate employees as well as university students in the area of etiquette. She also serves as a keynote and motivational speaker for professional organizations. A retired Junior Executive at IBM, Hill is a past president of the Greater Raleigh Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She serves as an Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle. Hill earned an MBA in organizational behavior from Kennedy-Western University. A past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement, she holds a certification in communications from Duke University and is a Certified Etiquette Trainer.
