2014. The club achieve Presidents Distinguished Club status for all four years of the clubs existence. President's Distinguished Club is the highest level of recognition available in the Toastmasters distinguished club program.

I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an IT Professional with certifications in Network Security, Network Management and Video Conferencing. After retiring from IBM, I started The ComTech Group Inc., dba Geeks on Call, providing technology consulting and solutions to small and medium businesses. I joined Bull City Toastmasters July 2013 and currently serve as Club President. I joined NC Project Leaders Toastmasters July 2014 and recently earned my Advanced Leader Bronze award. Living in Chapel Hill, NC I love traveling and cruising with my wife Sharon who is a Past International Director.

Glenda Teams Edwards, DTM
District 37- District Director
Glenda Teams-Edwards DTM (stands for Distinguished Toastmaster) has been working with Delaware North working at the Carolina Panthers Bank of America Stadium for 15 years, the first 4 years as a Suite Attendant and the past 11 years as a luxury suite supervisor. While working as suite attendant for the Bissell Companies, they hired her as an assistant property manager. At Bissell Companies, self-improvement and education were highly encouraged. Glenda became a Toastmaster eleven years ago, having joined Queen City Toastmasters in December 2005, and in 2007 Glenda co-founded Ballantyne Toastmasters, the 1st club in the Ballantyne Park. She is a native of Blowing Rock and founded the High Country Toastmasters in 2009. In the last ten years, she has served in various district roles and currently serves as a member of the District 37 Trio the District Director. Glenda’s biggest goal is to give back to the members of District 37 the life lessons and growth opportunities it has given to her for the last eleven years.
