Speaker: Dea Irby

Abstract:

People have been interested in self-help training since Dale Carnegie first published his book, “How to Win Friends and Influence People” (1936). Napoleon Hill followed with “Think and Grow Rich” in 1937. Many other thought leaders have contributed to this ever growing mindset movement: Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Brendon Burchard, Darren Hardy, Marie Forleo, John Maxwell, just to name a few.

In this presentation, the speaker will propose “The Success Trivium”- Integrity, Intention and Increments, as a perspective and motivation tool to join the self-help movement. She will explore three important self-discover questions to ask, discover and issue a call to action. The questions are as follows:

1.  Am I being my “WHO?”

2.  Am I living my “WHY?”

3.  Am I choosing my “WHAT?”

Learning Objectives:

Attendees will have a better understanding of the

- Success Trivium: Integrity, Intention and Increments and how it relates to life

- Self-discover questions who? Why? And What? And challenged to ask these questions

- Call to action and Inspired to live life by Who, Why, and What
