 Abstract
 Speech contests are part of the 
 Toastmasters’ life. They are fun\, allow for additional leadership and s
 peaking opportunities\, and as a bonus\, provide great networking outside 
 the club. You’ve been chosen to be a part of the contest planning team\,
  and must therefore organize the contest from start to finish\, while ensu
 ring that all attendees will have a fun time. Maybe you want to hide or ru
 n away\, but trust me\, YOU CAN DO IT! Regular attendance at Toastmasters 
 meetings\, along with filling the various roles\, provide all the skills n
 eeded for organizing a speech contest.
 The presentation will discuss all
  the steps. From planning\, communicating to mic check: supporting a succe
 ssful speech contest organization from start to giving out trophies.
