Chris spoke to NC Project Leaders Toastmasters on February 27th regarding Harnessing Adversity and was such a hit that members asked for him to return for Part 2.
I started focusing on improv comedy because I realized how accessible it really is. We don't need special equipment, just great communication skills. You don't need to be hilarious, just open minded. Improv is the great equalizer because when you learn how to improvise, you can bring charisma and in-the-moment communication into any social situation. On top of all that, it's funny! When leaders learn improv, they add a necessary skill to their toolbelt.
