What is a virtual quotient? What is a "T" skill? What is multitasking a red herring? What are reading strategies to lead? What is shared leadership and how can we benefit from it?  Indubala answers these questions and presents an Ubuntu philosophy with examples.

About the speaker:

InduHeadshot1Indubala Kachhawa is a proud Toastmaster since February 2019. Currently, she is serving at Toastmasters International in the capacity of President (talkers@cisco) and an Area 15 Director. She has a decade of experience in IT and earned a couple of esteemed certifications like PMP, Prince2, ITIL. She is an avid reader and writer. She is a writer at medium and vocal media. She spoke for the PMI silicon valley symposium in October 2020 about working together in this virtual world. She recently spoke in a Toastmaster’s Symposium about New Age Leadership. She has conducted workshops for middle and high school children in public speaking and team building. On a personal front, she is a mother of a beautiful daughter, a sketch artist, and a painter.
