 Abstract
 Writing and delivering winning speeches are ski
 lls possessed by successful leaders. As project leaders\, we are required 
 to use these skills to disseminate information\, effect change and elicit 
 action. Since communication skills are perishable\, consistent deliberate 
 practice is needed to remain sharp.
 This presentation will provide instr
 uctions from a contest winning speaker\, guiding our practice as we seek t
 o actively develop our skills.
