 Are you in a long-term relationship? Recent statistics suggest approx
 imately 14 to 15 million people in the U.S. considered themselves in a lon
 g- distance relationship. In 2016\, a report released on global virtual te
 ams suggested that the virtual team model is ubiquitous\; approximately 45
 % of virtual team members never meet in person. Not only has the virtual t
 eam model grown in popularity\, it has expanded is boundaries- more than h
 alf virtual teams include members from other nations.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
 
 How we manage our long-term relationships matter. In this session\, we 
 will explore tips and techniques on how to strengthen our virtual teams to
