NCPMI in partnership with Apex System is offering a Virtual Workshop Series on Time Management and Communications for All Practitioners. Webinar Overview:

Certified body language and communication expert Jeff Baird will share key strategies for building trust via phone and video meetings, with a focus on:

• Vocal tone - Trust starting from 'Hello'
• Body language - 'Shows' through your voice
• Friendship cues
• Show me your hands
