Speaker’s Bio:Bill ScanlonFor nearly 25 years, I have served in leadership roles focused on helping organizations launch programs to improve how they operate. There are specific systems based disciplines that support this type of transformation and I’ve trained and practiced in some that I think are the most critical:
- Agile, particularly Scrum and Scrum@Scale, and Lean / Agile practices for resilient product teams
