Abstract:

Join Ruth as she explores what mindfulness is - and isn't; why mindfulness matters; the simplicity of engaging our mindfulness; and taking steps to make stress our friend.
Ruth will also integrate her core topics of Social Intelligence and Character Strengths into the discussion - so if you have taken your VIA survey bring your strengths ranking along! If you have not taken the assessment, it takes about 15 minutes and you can take it free here: http://NCPMICS.pro.viasurvey.org. You will not be asked to share your profile, only to use the results in the mindfulness practices!

2. Understand why mindfulness matters to project managers
3. Create a plan for stress reduction breaks each day!
