Jim Ullman has over 20 years’ experience in organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, human resources and career development.  Over that span, he's designed and delivered interventions and trainings for thousands of people in the business, government, education, and non-profit sectors.  Jim's also a faculty member with the Center for Creative Leadership (ranked in the top 5 world-wide for executive education) and holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Other certifications include the MBTI, FIRO-B, WorkPlace Big Five Profile 4.0, Change Style Indicator, Change Navigator, Power+Systems Organization Workshop, and Disney Institute's Quality Service.  He has a Bachelor's in History from Miami University and a Master's in Educational Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University.

John Mendoza Brodeur served UNC-Chapel Hill in a variety of roles for 22 years with the last 19 as the Director of Carolina Leadership Development.  In this capacity and as a clinical faculty member he taught courses in the origins of philosophical norms and their manifestations in ethical congruence, institutional oppression, multiculturalism, and the interactions among systems; and served on The Chancellor’s Campus Diversity Committee and The Chancellor’s Task Force on Diversity. John works in service of the idea that “the most moral activity of all is the creation of space for life to move onward.” He earned his Master of Education degree at Penn State University, completing a thesis on “The Relationships of Political Conservatism, Institutional Racism, and Acts of Racism in College and University Residence Halls.” In addition to his certification in administering the MBTI and the FIRO-B, he also has extensive experience in workshop development and the creation of strategies to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
