Title:  “Analyzing and Managing Key Stakeholders in Large, Complex Projects”

Abstract:

This presentation assumes that participants know how to identify key stakeholders and instead focuses on tools and practical information to aid analysis and management. Different tools are used to provide deep insights and provocative views. Traditional tools are used in new ways. The goal is clever analysis and management of key stakeholders through techniques that provide meaningful and practical results. Often, the tools are visual and affective to add to customary quantitative approaches. A hypothetical case study is challenging, vivid, and realistic.
