About Habitat Wake: More than 28,000 families are paying too much for housing or live in substandard or overcrowded conditions in Wake County. Habitat Wake wants to help meet this need. With a 30-year track record, and 500 new homes built, Habitat Wake plans to make a measurable difference in providing affordable homes in Wake County. Not only do we try to help our community, but we send money and volunteers to Habitat's all over the world.
