Keynote Speaker:  David Linqdquist

David Lindquist, Immediate Past District Director, is an enthusiastic Toastmaster and dedicated civic volunteer. with a passion for learning and service.  He brings over 35 years of experience in marketing and market research, coupled with a strong commitment to empowering others through effective communication.
In Toastmasters, David was the District 37 International Speech champion and International Semifinalist in 2014.  David has been District Toastmaster of the Year in 2019 and held several leadership roles in Cary, including Chair of the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Advisory Board.
Outside the lectern, David is a semi-retired speech and evaluation coach, a native wildflower gardener, and avid birder.
