Abstract
During the course of a work day, leaders are constantly called on to LEAD: Listen, Evaluate And Decide. This capability is an essential component of activities such as negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution.
Speech evaluation is a proven method for developing our ability to LEAD. This presentation will focus on speech contest techniques as a vehicle for honing our evaluating, listening and decision-making skills.

She is a consummate professional with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and has delivered outstanding performances as a speech contestant in District 37 Toastmasters.
