 Abstract
 We all remember our first car and driving experience.&nbsp\; 
 Responsibilities and priorities change many times throughout our lives and
  so do the ways we drive. Learning to drive a 5 speed car is similar to ru
 nning a project.&nbsp\; &nbsp\;Denise will share her experiences over the 
 years and how it has influenced her decision-making.&nbsp\;

 Participants will gain insight into the 5 phases of manual drivi
 ng and driving projects with successful outcomes.
 About the Speaker
 

  Denise Baker\, PMP\,&nbsp\;has worked in the Telecommunications Industry 
 for over 18 years She is the&nbsp\;model from which excellent servant lead
 ers are made. A leader by example\, with a broad smile and a warm personal
 ity\, she keeps going and giving year after year.
 In 2019 Denise served 
 as President of the NC Project Management Institute and President of NC Pr
 oject Leaders Toastmasters\, all at the same time.
 A proud and active me
 mber of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority\,&nbsp\;She enjoys entertaining family 
 and friends\, the Kentucky Derby\, and playing Candy Crush.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
