 be personal\, professional or organizational and must be sufficiently crea
 tive and compelling to inspire dedicated action until it is achieved.

 About the Speaker
 
 Ramona Baylo
 r\, DTM\, retired from the United States Army after serving for 21 years a
 nd is a veteran of two combat operations. She currently works at Womack Ar
 my Medical Center\, Fort Bragg\, NC.\, in Civilian Human Resources as Supe
 rvisor for the Employee Services Branch. 
 Ramona and her team serve over
  3000 Federal employees where communication and leadership are keys to the
 ir success. She is happily married to Ben and they have a 26-year-old daug
 hter--Brianna. Toastmasters continue to be integral to her career developm
 ent and advancement.&nbsp\;
 Ramona’s life changed when she joined Toas
 tmasters in August 2013!&nbsp\; Throughout her Toastmasters experience she
  has held several club officer roles\, served as a District leader\, compe
 ted at District Speech Contests and received the highest education award i
 n 2018: Distinguished Toastmaster.&nbsp\;
 Ramona currently serves as Dis
 trict 37 Program Quality Director East where she manages Speech Contests\,
  Officer Training\, District leader training\, and the Annual Conference f
 or 4400 members. She continues to give back to the members by mentoring 5 
 Toastmasters.&nbsp\;
 Ramona has found personal and professional success 
 by following the motto “it takes a village.\"
