A meeting can be an efficient and powerful way to make decisions, disseminate information, build relationships or otherwise get things done, but only when it is productive. This presentation uses a framework provided by Toastmasters International—among the premier public speaking and professional development organizations in the world. It approaches meeting productivity in the context of working remotely.

- How to prepare for a meeting
- Create a concise agenda
- Maintain order and respect
- Evaluate and follow-up effectively
