As project managers, we are all aware of the impact of change. The goal of this session is to understand the Prosci Change Model and gain some practical applications of how to use this model as a tool when navigating career development, growth, and change.

This session will be a hands-on working session where you will learn some ways to use the change model to navigate your career whether you are considering:

• How to develop in your current role
• How to find a new job in your current area of expertise
• How to transition careers

Throughout the course of the discussion, we will explore how the pandemic is shaping some of the latest trends and models in career development and search and how to consider these factors into your change management approach.
