Abstract

Even when strategy is clear, budgets are approved, and technology is ready, projects still stall. Why? Because execution breaks down at the human level, not because of technology. Misalignment, communication gaps, and competing work styles often slow progress more than any system or process.

In this session, participants will be introduced to a strengths-based framework that helps them better understand how individuals naturally contribute to a team and how those differences impact collaboration, decision-making, and execution. Drawing on real-world examples, this session will help project leaders identify where breakdowns are happening and how to address them more effectively.
 
Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will walk away with:
  1. A clear understanding of the four ways people naturally contribute to work and how this impacts team performance 
  2. A simple framework to identify where misalignment is slowing down execution on their teams
  3. Practical strategies to improve communication, alignment, and follow-through in their current projects
