Abstract:
Project success depends on meeting the project's intended value and benefits, and quality is an integral part of product and project success.
The term "Everyone is responsible for Quality" promotes the quality culture in agile organizations. However, "Who from everyone in the team is responsible for quality" and "What are the boundaries of quality," and "How an agile team member can contribute to quality improvement based on the knowledge and skills" are not prescribed in standard agile frameworks.
This presentation discusses specific quality and testing strategies to achieve product and project quality in an agile environment. The key focus is to divide overall quality activities among the team based on their skills, knowledge, and understanding of the product quality.

Speaker: Kaali Dass – Keynote Speaker
Kaali Dass is a Project Consultant at LinkedIn. He has over 25 years of information technology experience spanning multiple industries. He has extensive experience in managing domestic and international projects. Kaali also serves as Director of IT (Security and Digital Transformation) of the North Carolina chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is an alumnus of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class and frequently speaks at PMI and other professional associations on topics related to leadership, project management, quality, and security.
Kaali has a PhD in IT Management, an MBA in Finance, and holds professional certifications including PMP, CISM, DASSM, CSQE, ITIL, and CSM. His focus areas are program management, project management, IT strategy and planning, enterprise architecture, data architecture, and data analytics.
