Stephanie Thompson, MS, ACC is a certified executive coach who works with successful professionals adjusting to senior leadership. Her professional background ranges from leading CDC program evaluation in major US cities to teaching children with autism to directing programs and operations for national nonprofits. Over the past 15 years, Stephanie has bridged significant organizational change in almost every leadership role she’s held. She is skilled at making sense of complexity and discovering innovative and efficient solutions. Stephanie lives in Cary in a home her husband built. She is an amateur gardener, loving stepmom and avid reader.
