Title: A Global PMO Accelerates Outcomes: Best Practices in Times of Transformation

Abstract:

By 2020, 75% of businesses will be a digital business or preparing to become one. Gartner predicts that only 30% of these efforts will be successful due to lack of talent and technical expertise. A global PMO at one of the largest IT companies is enabling customers to digitize by applying best-in-class and consistent project management. Learn the best practices and PMO methodologies that are delivering strategic, high-value outcomes for customers on some of the most complex projects.

Learning Objectives:

1) Learn how to realize global scale and repeatable processes through a Global PMO approach

2) Understand the best practices and PMO methodologies from a Global PMO that is setting the standard for project management
