Non-Members $25, Members $10, Volunteers $0. No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Abstract:
After presenting at the 2018 PMI Global Congress-EMEA in Berlin, Germany and before presenting at the 2018 PMI Global Congress-North America in Los Angeles, California in October, John Daly is returning to NCPMI to update us, project practitioners, on how we can keep up with digital transformation.
Accelerated change is impacting our profession - don't be left behind. How we manage projects, the role of the project manager, and the required skillsets needed to be successful will radically change over the next several years. Industry 4.0, digitization and the hyper competitive environment are changing customer and consumer expectations, how teams are formed and deliver, and what is defined as success. In this presentation, we will discuss the future role of project and program managers, the skillsets needed for the future, how your organization can prepare for the transformation, and how you can be that sought-after project manager across all industries.
