Abstract
As a project manager, your management of a project is actually management of the project contract statement of work. You are also the closest person to both parties working on the project, and may be the only person who knows whether the work being performed, and/or work being requested is included in the statement of work. What are your responsibilities? What are both entities counting on you to report? How can you use best practices to increase the quality and efficiency of the project in your role of project manager? Please attend this meeting and find out!
