Manages overall planning, execution and delivery of projects following Accelogix project delivery guidelines and standards to meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget.
Ensures project milestones are met according to planned schedule.
Tracks project progress; manages and escalates project risks and issues as appropriate.
Proactively identifies and manages the resolution of risks and issues that may negatively impact project or project deliverables; seeks and implements innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
Delivers timely project reports and performance dashboards.
Conducts regular project reviews and communicates the status of projects in both formal and informal settings.
Manages and tracks project budget/variance.
Develops and executes project resource management plans.
Establishes and facilitates regular project team meetings.
Creates, manages and maintains all required project documentation.
Utilizes key project management tools.
Documents and leverages project lessons learned.
Motivates and leads project teams and instills a mindset of collaboration and continuous process improvement.
Builds relationships with stakeholders and project teams to effectively manage and deliver quality projects.
Promotes effective teamwork and spirit of collaborative partnership.
Provides regular and timely feedback to team members and their respective managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years of related experience
PMP certification preferred
Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (Jira, Kimble, SmartSheets)
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Good understanding of Software Implementation Life Cycle
Experience in MS Projects
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
