Dear NCPMI Members,

As we step into July, I encourage you to take a moment to pause, breathe, and enjoy the season. With the year officially halfway through, it’s a great time to reflect, reset, and be present before another summer slips by.

☀️ Take Time to Recharge - Whether it's soaking up sunshine, exploring somewhere new, or spending quality time with loved ones, just don’t forget to use your PTO if you can. Rest fuels productivity. As professionals, we give so much of ourselves—this is your reminder to also pour back into yourself.

📚 Grow While You Rest
- Could you pair rest with a bit of inspiration? Consider starting a summer reading list to sharpen your leadership skills. From communication to emotional intelligence to big-picture strategy, investing in your growth at your own pace can go a long way.
