August 2026 Board Meeting

Subject: NCPMI Board Meeting (IN PERSON)
When: Monday, August 10, 2026 5:30-8:00 PM

The purpose of the Board meeting is to:

• Review organisational performance and plan/progress against strategic goals.
• Discuss key initiatives and upcoming projects.
• Address governance matters, compliance updates, and risk management.
• Foster alignmnet among board members on priorities for the upcoming quarter/year.

Note:

1. Due to limited conference room space, a limit of 5 guests will be accomodated per Board meeting.  If there is a request to present, there will be a 5 minute time limit.  Your content should be mailed at least 3 business days ahead of the meeting to the Board Administrator/Secretary:  This email address is being protected from spambots. 2. There might be a closed session for the Board to discuss administrative and strategy/budget topics.  During this period all guests shall be requested to leave the meeting.
