The power of building quality relationships is vital for project managers. Project managers and leading thinkers emphasize that a good manager is not someone who is good at keeping a task list, but who can balance stakeholder needs and interests, and ensure that all parties pull together and support the project in delivering a valuable outcome. This comes down to two words: Presence and Essence.  In this engaging talk, John and Jennifer discuss the importance of communication and how to develop presence, essence and exude authenticity.
