The speaker will share  some simple, practical life coaching tools to help us stop, reflect, get clear, choose a new way forward, choose our best thoughts, choose our best story, and manifest the life and work we want to live. She has used these tools in her own life and with her life coaching clients to manifest the things we each want to be, do, and have.

Laura is also a Toastmaster and is VP Membership of the Hillsborough Toastmasters Club. She loves speaking about and sharing life coaching tools and techniques.
