Abstract:
Today, the world has become a global village. With businesses transcending geographical boundaries, project managers must deal with a culturally diverse work force, to deliver business results. Travel between countries to deal with cultural challenges, is made even more difficult, due to a raging pandemic. As a result, understanding these cultural differences and adapting to them is even more important than ever before.
Learning Objectives:

- Acknowledge, appreciate, and learn to adapt to these cultural differences
- Learn a few communication and collaboration tools/techniques that you can use, in your day-to-day interactions, with a geographically diverse workforce
