Many companies today have drastically improved workforce diversity compared to 10 or 20 years ago, however most are not as inclusive as they should be.
Jim will walk us through the difference between Diversity, Inclusion, and Compliance and show us how these three concepts mix and mingle in the modern US workplace.
We’ll define terms, walk through scenarios and examine common errors and misconceptions. Together we’ll explore some of the best practices and learn how weaving diversity and inclusion into employee onboarding can help us all move forward.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand how properly implemented D&I initiatives impact business results
- Understand what many companies do wrong
- Explore current best practice
