John has been with Allscripts since January 2014.  He leads 1000+ Support professionals ensuring maximum product performance for Allscripts’ clients.  He has lead Global operations for AT&T (Telecomm), Lenovo (Consumer Electronics) & Allscripts (Healthcare IT).  John started his career as Perl programmer and UNIX system administrator.  He has 3 patents in developing proactive tools for network/systems management (VoIP, network design).  His education is UMBC BS Information Systems and Duke Fuqua School of Business MBA.  John’s biggest leadership challenge is balancing patience with a sense of urgency.
