About the Speaker: Lynn DiBonaventura is an award-winning global leader with more than 20 years of results-driven success in leading organizational change, performance improvement, learning & leadership development, talent strategies, and operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and commercial functions for a variety of industries.
Lynn is currently employed as Director of Learning & Growth for CSL Behring where she has spent the past three years building a multi-disciplinary team specializing in sales training, leadership development, change management, and marketing operations. Prior to joining CSL Behring, Lynn spent 10 years as a global leader building Global Talent Development and Talent Acquisition functions for Keystone Foods and Teleflex. She also served Fortune 500 clients as head of her own company, TGA Consulting.
Lynn currently serves on the Global Advisory Board for Achieve Next, a consulting company focused on accelerating the impact and collaboration of CFOs and CHROs. As a board member, she had the privilege of collaborating on a whitepaper called,” A CFO-CHRO Guide to Agile Business and Workforce Re-Entry, Recovery & Rebound, post-COVID-19”. In 2017, she was a key contributor to a book called, “The Relationship Engine” by Ed Wallace, which quickly became an Amazon Best Seller.
Lynn is a founding member of the CHRO Alliance Network, a member of Philadelphia Society of People & Strategy, Women in Biotech, Life Science Trainers & Educators Network, and the Association of Talent Development.
Lynn graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Communications and received her Master’s Certificate from Manchester University, England, in Global Communications. She is an alumni member of the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women.
