Abstract

Who is responsible for resolving conflicts, people management, and stress management? The project manager of course! Soft skills development is a critical part of project management. There is more to project management than meets the eye. As a project manager, it has never been enough to be technically adept. You have to excel at soft skills as well. Soft skills are the personality traits, attitudes, habits, and behaviors you display when working with others. This webinar will provide information on how soft skills are utilized in project management, receiving and giving feedback, and when and how to flex communication styles. 

Learning Objectives:

• Introduce foundational behaviors  of project management
• Discuss communication issues when managing projects
• Explain why clarifying expectations is important in communication and project management
• Introduce conversation planning tools to support project management skills
