Abstract
Today’s business landscape, regardless of industry focus, is often characterized as complex, multi-faceted, dynamic, and fast paced. The quest to achieve results is driven by the need for rapid change and innovation. Yet, many organizational change initiatives produce mixed results.
Among the top reasons for the mixed results are the lack of capabilities and utilization of proper frameworks and methodologies to embrace and foster change. This workshop will provide insights on how to approach change initiatives using proven methodologies and frameworks in order to increase success rates. Specifically, the session will touch on: Defining change management and secure a foundational understanding of the Prosci change management methodology; appreciate the critical levers required to manage change, foster adoption, and sustain success; understand the importance of developing a stakeholder analysis and communications strategy and plan to raise awareness and foster adoption; and have a high level understanding for managing resistance, reinforcing, and sustaining change.
