Abstract:

No one could have predicted that a global pandemic would happen in 2020 so odds are it wasn’t on your risk management plan. However, it was a risk and it has impacted the world in ways that we never could have predicted. How do we plan for risk and what does your risk management plan look like now?

During this webinar, Christine Purchell, PMP, CPTD from UNC Health will

• Discuss how to quantify your risk,
• Share a risk management plan, and
• Teach how to adjust your plans when everything goes upside down

About the Speaker:

Christine Purchell is a training and development professional with over 15 years of experience in adult learning; instructional design; project management; and instructor-led and web-based training development. In 2016, she was named as one of the top 25 Emerging Training Leaders by Training Magazine. As a Senior Learning and Organization Development Consultant at UNC Health, she focuses on leadership development and project management training. Prior to UNC Health, Christine was a senior consultant for Duke Clinical Research Institute where she developed their project management training curriculum. Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
