Have you ever been influenced by anyone in your professional or personal life? Do you want to be a leader who encourages, persuades and inspires others? If the answer is Yes, then this session is for you.

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will learn HOW to Influence others in personal life. 

• Participants will learn HOW to influence others in professional life including Stakeholders, Managers, Direct reports, and Mentees.

• Participants will learn what and why of influencing others in life.

• This presentation is for working and non-working professional, both! Attendees will walk away with ready to use techniques to (practice)  right after the presentation.

About the Speaker:

Nehal has been a Keynote Speaker in various settings within and outside of North Carolina. Nehal is a Toastmaster of the year 2020 and Area Director of the year 2019. Jedi Master fame Nehal Tanna is a Risk Manager at Bank of America Head Quarters in Charlotte, NC. Nehal joined Toastmasters in 2016 and has achieved TWO Distinguished Toastmasters awards as of 2020, which is THE highest award in Toastmasters. Nehal is a state level champion for a Speaking contest in 2021."
