Motivational Leadership: Energizing and Inspiring Others to Achieve
Motivation is a catalyst for action, marked with enthusiasm and interest. The mainspring of motivation is the belief that better, more rewarding, and greater achievement is possible. It is that driving force that motivational leaders tap into when they inspire others to perform at their best. Motivational leaders foster a bias for action and connectedness among those on their team or in their organization.
Famous motivators include Apple’s founder Steve Jobs, and winning NFL coach of 5 championships, Vince Lombardi. And then there’s the rest of us. Perhaps not so famous and feeling not so motivational in our roles as program and project managers.
The good news is, you can renew your own motivation, and bring this knowledge and energy to your project teams and organization to enable better collaboration, communication and delivery.
In this interactive and informative session, you will learn:
- the meaning of motivation and its importance for leadership success
- key characteristics and actions of motivational leaders
- how to lead people effectively to perform and achieve
Through assessment, discussion, presentation and a lively surprise ending, this session will engage, energize and inspire you to new levels of motivating yourself and others to dream more, learn more and do more.
