Abstract:
If you have ever made attempts at Enterprise Resource Management across projects and portfolios using Excel, MS Project, or traditional PPM tools, then you will understand the challenges and shortfalls. This session will a spotlight of a specific resource management tool new to the industry that solves many of these challenges and can adapt to your environment without a full replacement of current systems. This will also combine best practices from the Resource Management Institute.

- Utilization – Heat maps and Cool maps
- Staffing Projects using automation and workflow
- Ease of loading projects, resources, and allocations

About the Speaker:
Bob Blackburn, PMP®, MBA, RMCP®
Bob Blackburn has 20+ years of Project Management and PMO leadership experience within IT and Enterprise PMO functions at organizations of various sizes. Bob also has more than 15 years of hands-on project management experience. Bob holds an MBA from Wright State University and a BS in Decision Science from Miami University. In addition to PMP® and RMCP® certifications, he earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Bob has also taught Project Management course at Miami University in Ohio.
