About the speaker:

Tim Fenton is a Program Manager with over 10-years of achieving results and proven experience hitting the ground running in diverse industries such as insurance, manufacturing, banking, and government. Throughout his career, Tim demonstrateresults in orchestrating operational excellence, e-compliance, cloud strategies and data integration. He never passes up an opportunity to promote, and drive results leveraging PMI-, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Tim currently manages a team of project managers and business analyst in Information Technology initiatives for the Town of Cary. He was recently recognized for 2020 NC Technology Association’s Public Sector Project Award and Public Sector Innovation Awards for IoT Storm Water Predictive Analytics Platform.
