Abstract:

As Global Projects increase, project managers are indicating the need for a sharpened skillset in several key knowledge areas.  This webinar will provide participants with information on improving the critical skills necessary to bring a Global project in on time, on budget and within the validated scope.

Learning Objectives:

In this one-hour session: 

• Participants will learn tips for preparing for a global project
• Participants will receive a take-away that provides resource recommendations to prepare the team for cultural differences
• Participants will learn tips and traps for leading virtual meetings

He specializes in the design and installation of business-oriented accounting systems and databases for commercial and government clients in the distributed environment. Steven has a reputation for on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality software products as well as great communication and interpersonal skills.

Steve is the author of over 20 articles on project management and business analysis published in online publications such as allPM.com, Microsoft® Knowledge Base, and IIBA® publications over the past seven years.
