Abstract

Diversity and Inclusion is a topic that affects ALL OF US as leaders, project managers and citizens. Research supports the position that organizations that support D&I effectively are more profitable, have more satisfied customers and highly effective employees. Why do so many still struggle with providing what has clearly proven to be a strategic enabler?

This session will address D&I with a strong focus on Agesim. What is Agesim and how do to spot it’s presence in the workplace, among your project teams and in you communities. Diversity and Inclusion is important to Project teams as they mirror the organization and effective recognition of D&I concepts can improve performance.

Michelle Weathersby

Michelle Weathersby is a leader in her community and has positioned herself as a career specialist in leveraging LinkedIn and advising clients on how they can take their gifts and talents in executive leadership to excel others to reach their full career potential.

As the CEO & Executive Leadership/Career Coach & Consultant of LENS Consulting Firm, a Forbes contributing writer and through her continued education from Cornell University, she looks to bring long lasting legacy for future generations.

Michelle offers group trainings on career & leadership strategies within corporate America and globally along with 1-on-1 consultation for executives and senior leadership. She has partnered with two other high powered individuals to bring attention to help organizations bring Diversity & Inclusion in executive management through the women's group Executive Table Talks.

Denise Wiggins

Denise Wiggins is more than just your average businesswoman: she is a certified life coach, professional speaker, author, and CEO of multiple seven figure businesses:  and she has accomplished it outside of the traditional college success track.  Exploding with talent beyond the walls of academia, Denise Wiggins uses her compassion, motivating

personality, common sense and keen business building skills to develop enterprises and movements that embody sustainability and endurance. 

 

Over the past decade alone, Denise has built 3 mental health companies from inception to operation, launched a cosmetic line, and founded a non-profit organization -- entities flourishing with new age tools to employ , empower, and educate others.

Dionne "DG McGee" McGee

Dionne McGee brings her insane energy and compelling empathy for women in leadership to her speaking, writing, and coaching roles.
