Abstract

Diversity and Inclusion is a topic that affects ALL OF US as leaders, project managers and citizens. Research supports the position that organizations that support D&I effectively are more profitable, have more satisfied customers and highly effective employees. Why do so many still struggle with providing what has clearly proven to be a strategic enabler?

This session will address D&I with a strong focus on Agesim. What is Agesim and how do to spot it’s presence in the workplace, among your project teams and in you communities. Diversity and Inclusion is important to Project teams as they mirror the organization and effective recognition of D&I concepts can improve performance.

Denise Wiggins

Denise Wiggins is more than just your average businesswoman: she is a certified life coach, professional speaker, author, and CEO of multiple seven figure businesses:  and she has accomplished it outside of the traditional college success track.  Exploding with talent beyond the walls of academia, Denise Wiggins uses her compassion, motivating

Dionne "DG McGee" McGee
