Abstract: The way that a person responds in the face of challenges is a key factor to finding success in life.  Understanding research-based strategies to tackle these challenges is pivotal.  By educating yourself about mindset research and the ways your time, effort, learning goals, endurance, and willingness to ask for and accept guidance can help you succeed in the workplace

Learning Objectives:

After this one-hour session, learners will be able to:

  • Describe the foundation of Mindset research: what it means, factors contributing to mindset development, "Fixed" and "Growth" Mindset
  • Apply Mindset concepts to challenges in the workplace by discovering research-based strategies to identify your own mindset and the mindset of others
  • Educate employees about Mindset concepts
  • Generate strategies for Mindset education and application
