CEO of Pearce Insights TM and an award-winning ICF-accredited PCC coach, author & speaker, Ruth is known as the “Executive Coach for Non-Executives” and “Unicorn Coach to Hidden Unicorns”. She is an international speaker specializing in helping people to increase their influence and self-mastery and recognize the value they bring.

Starting as an Economist at a London broker Ruth discovered a knack for getting things done. After project managing for 25 years in Financial Services, State Government, and nonprofits, Ruth burned out spectacularly in 2016. It was time for a new direction and, fascinated by human behavior and development, she started exploring the world of coaching & mentoring. She is now a recognized International Coaching Federation PCC coach and accredited by the EMCC as a Senior Practitioner. After years of group and team coaching– her passions– she will be working on her Team/Group coach accreditations at the end of 2024.

Her 2nd book (ranked #1 in Business Leadership Training on Amazon) is written for people who want to understand how coaching can help them, Be Hopeful; Be Strong; Be Brave; Be Curious published by Wiley books in 2024.
