Title: Choosing your WOW (Ways of Working)

DESCRIPTION

We sometimes feel like we need to be the perfect PM, either walking the tightrope of traditional “best practices,” or fearing that agile will not provide enough structure.  But there is a lot of flexibility in the middle. You can take the “cafeteria” approach.  You can CHOOSE your WOW to fit each situation. Learn tools and techniques to be “just agile enough” and “just traditional enough” and re-ignite your toolkit.

List of 2-3 Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn how to choose your way of working, given the nature of your project or program.
  1. Learn a variety of techniques that are helpful to apply to your projects, whether agile, traditional, or hybrid.
